We hope you absolutely love your Shop Lovedays order! If something isn't quite the right fit, we're happy to help make it right.

Return Window

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a refund to your original form of payment.

A $6.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to help cover the cost of the prepaid return label.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In its original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by your order confirmation or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

To begin a return, simply email us at shoplovedays@gmail.com.

If your return is approved, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions for returning your item.

Please note that returns sent without first contacting us cannot be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect every order before it leaves our studio, but mistakes can happen.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll work quickly to make things right.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Made-to-order products
  • Jewelry
  • Hats
  • Hair accessories
  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or Final Sale items

If you're unsure whether an item qualifies for a return, feel free to reach out before placing your order—we're always happy to help.

Exchanges

Because we carry limited quantities, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you'd like a different size or style, simply begin a return for your original item and place a new order for the item you'd like. We recommend ordering your new item as soon as possible, as our collections often sell quickly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll send you an email letting you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

If it's been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us at shoplovedays@gmail.com.
